1. More selling time for milk products    

“We like to ensure our product quality and increase selling time of milk product. Especially this is important in summer time, when cows are grazing outside and they exposed to land bacteria. These together will produce spores, where pasteurization is not effect” says Ann Cristine Karlsson who has responsibility of packaging of Gefleortens milk products.
“We have done air analyses and microbiology tested our products in laboratory after assembling of Biocid solutions and we are very satisfied for the final results” says Production Manager Hans Wickström from Gefleortens Mejeriförening.

2. Sinebrychoff introduced Biocid technology in EBC congress in Hamburg

   
High hygiene level is a key factor in avoiding secondary contaminations in filling process. Disinfection with traditional chemicals requires stoppages in production.
Sinebrycoff as part of the Carlsberg group, said this new technology could be an efficient way to raise hygiene level in beer products.
